Returns and Refund Policy

At Happy Apples we will make every effort to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and quality of the products that we stock. We take great care to quality check and package your order to protect it in transit so if any of the items arrive damaged please let us know within a month of purchase. Email hannah@happyapples.co.uk (include your proof of purchase) and we will arrange for a return, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

We have a 14 day returns policy if you need to return an item or gift box for any other reason than it being damaged or defective. Please repack in its original condition taking care to protect the products for shipping. We are sorry that we cannot refund return postage costs in this case.
